Linkage Mapping, QTL and Association Analysis in JMP Genomics

 

 

We will present new features in JMP Genomics 5.1 for linkage map construction, QTL analysis, and association analysis in this workshop. 

Topics Include:

• New processes to compute recombination, segregation ratios, and linkage groups for several experimental crosses, marker ordering using advanced optimization routines, and linkage map viewing
• QTL analysis tools for performing single marker analysis, interval mapping, and composite interval mapping
• Association analysis, including modeling traits in the presence of complex relatedness and population structure
• New breeding analysis tools to interrogate marker stability and Genotype*Environment interactions
