Lucigen - Novel Genome and Proteome Analysis Tools

A powerful new tool has been developed to provide long-span mate-pair libraries to scaffold and assemble complex genomes. In conjunction with Random Sheer BAC libraries these technologies are being used to sequence and assemble the daunting genome from Spruce (20Gb). NxSeq™ chimera free library construction kits were optimized for producing the highest complexity NGS libraries free of artifacts. Lucigen’s Expressioneering™ system enables instant expression cloning, saving expensive reagents and days of effort over conventional methods.
