Maverix Biomics: Leveraging cloud analytics for effective NGS-based collaboration for plant and animal genomes

Plant and animal genome communities are often underserved relative to those working with traditional biomedical model species. This problem has been exacerbated with the emergence of next generation sequencing with its greatly increased requirements for bioinformatic resources. Collaborations requiring the sharing of large NGS-generated data are especially challenging for plant and animal communities. In this workshop hosted by Maverix, distinguished speakers will address the challenges of working with NGS data and how they are using the Maverix cloud-based analytic platform to enable leading-edge science, accessible to all.
