Genomics of Tissue Regeneration in Plants and Animals

The regeneration of organs from single cell or tissue pieces has been around for many years. The mechanisms that govern regeneration of tissues are still unclear whether it is shoot or root in plants or limbs or body part in animals. Genomic analyses of gene expression or epigenetic expression are the new tools to shading light on this very important process. This workshop will deal with these issues.
