Non-Seed Plants

This session deals with the genomes/transcriptomes of seedless plants in the wide sense, i.e., algae, bryophytes (mosses, liverworts, hornworts), lycopods and ferns. Traditionally, we place a lot of emphasis on mosses, with the flagship moss P. patens having a fixed part in this session. This time we will also include talks on the genomes of two more mosses, Ceratodon and Sphagnum, the liverwort Marchantia and the charophyte algae Klebsormidium and Chara.
