Plant and Animal Paleogenomics

This workshop will focus on recent data regarding differences and/or similarities in structural [comparative genomics], functional [comparative transcriptome/methylome], and evolutionary [paleogenomics from modern/fossil sequence data] plasticities [genome partitioning, duplications, deletions, CNV, PAV, CNS....] in plant and animal genomes.
