Flax Genomics

The recent genomics efforts in flax will be presented. The genome was recently sequenced leading to multiple research endeavours. Research results on flax sequencing, assembly, transcriptomics, association mapping, wild relatives, evolution, linseed composition and fiber traits will be presented.
