Non-Seed Plants

This session deals with the genomes/transcriptomes of seedless plants in the wide sense, i.e., algae, bryophytes (mosses, liverworts, hornworts), lycopods and ferns. Traditionally, we place a lot of emphasis on mosses, with the flagship moss P. patens usually having a fixed part in this session. This time around we will have talks on the genomes of several ferns, of the hornwort Anthoceros and of the multicellular red alga Porphyra.
