URGI is a research unit in genomics and bioinformatics at INRA (French National institute for Agricultural Research), dedicated to plants and crop parasites. We develop and maintain a genomic and genetic information system especially for wheat. In the frame of the IWGSC (International Wheat Genome Consortium) sequence survey initiative, we set up a sequence repository, which allow to download and blast your favorite sequence against the survey sequence chromosome assemblies ( http://urgi.versailles.inra.fr/index.php/urgi/Species/Wheat/Sequence-Repository ). From the sequence repository, you could also display the wheat physical maps and some 3B reference sequence annotations.
